"Participating Establishments" are those processing establishments or vessels that have voluntarily contracted with the NOAA Seafood Inspection Program for inspection services and have been sanitarily inspected, approved, and certified by the program as being capable of producing safe, wholesome products in accordance with specific quality regulations promulgated by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
This list is can be used as a reference for determining which fishery products have been produced in fish establishments approved by the NOAA Seafood Inspection Program.
